How to order your portable home
PG Portable Homes is here to ensure that your portable home is designed perfectly to suit to your needs.
Contact us via phone, email face to face or schedule a visit to our display home in Cowra in beautiful Central West NSW. Our display home is open between 10am – 12pm Monday to Friday.
1. Plan
Understanding your needs is the first step.
During the consultation process, we’ll discuss prospective site location and access, council requirements, desired schedule for purchase and delivery, standard components and customisations and transportation options.
We will provide you with a quote detailing all the costs involved for manufacturing and delivery.
2. Order
Once the quote is approved and deposit paid, your home will be manufactured.
Standard and customised homes take up to one (1) month to produce and ship from our manufacturer. We will keep you informed of the progress as well as any shipping and transportion timeframes.
3. Site Preparation
Now is the time to prepare your site for your home delivery.
Our plans will detail where the footings need to be placed on a level site.
Your home comes prewired and preplumbed and you will need to plumbers and electricians to connect your home to the grid, water mains and sewage system. Talk to us if you need help finding tradespeople. We do not provide installation.
4. Delivery
You will be advised of the delivery process during the planning process.
Before delivery commences, the balance and transport costs payment is required.
Depending on your site, you may require additional cranes to lift your home from the truck or over obstacles. Once placed on the footings, you can begin expanding your PG Portable Home.

This out of the box solution offers the following benefits:
- Expandable: expand the system as your needs change and grow, delivering you outstanding flexibility and peace of mind.

- Plug and play: any qualified electrician can come and install the system for you.
SkyBox can be installed at the same time as you PG Portable Home saving you time and money.
