Tiny homes have ‘role to play’ in social housing, says QLD professor, following successful trial in WA.

It was the small pleasures Dianne really enjoyed during the first few days in her new tiny home, like having access to a TV.

“I can sort of put it on and leave it on,” she said.

“I can have my radio on whenever I want.”

The grandmother, who asked that her surname not be published, had been couch surfing and living on the streets with her son and teenage grandson for more than a year, across Western Australia.
